During the Kickstarter Campaign, you can freely modify or even cancel your pledge. Kickstarter only collects your payment at the end of a successfully funded campaign. After the campaign ends, you can contact our customer support at info@mindclashgames.com, and we can fully refund your pledge for another 10 days. If you missed this period, you can still request a refund of your pledge, but please note that we will deduct 15% to cover the platform and payment processing fees, which we are unable to recover after 10 days. The final date for cancellation is when the Pledge Manager closes - we will communicate this date in our updates in a timely manner.

In case you have unspent credits in any of our Pledge Managers and you are unable to place an order, please email info@mindclashgames.com with your name and shipping address and we’ll do our best to fulfil your pledge.
If there is an issue in your copy of a Mindclash product - be it a Kickstarter or webshop product - or a part ends up missing or destroyed, please fill out this form, so we can help make the game complete again. Replacement shipments can take 2-3+ weeks depending on shipping destination and they are sometimes sent untracked.
While we are doing everything we can to deliver games in a pristine condition, unfortunately, accidents can happen. For Kickstarter games, we usually have a limited number of box replacements in each region (US, Canada, EU, Australia, Asia), so we will be able to replace damaged boxes in limited quantities after the fulfilment. In order to request a box replacement, please fill out this form. If you bought a Kickstarter Edition of one of our games second hand and it arrives damaged, unfortunately we won’t be able to replace the box.
If you purchased a game directly from the Mindclash Games webstore and the box arrives damaged, while we unfortunately can’t replace it as we don't have spare empty boxes for our retail products, please let us know at info@mindclashgames.com and we’ll find a way to compensate you.
The English language version of the Deluxe Edition is sold out, German and French versions are still available on our webshop in limited quantities. As a Kickstarter exclusive product, it will not be reprinted.
The Voidfall Galactic Box is sold out worldwide. It will likely be reprinted alongside the Voidfall Expansion, the campaign for which is expected for 2025.
The Standard Box has exactly the same gameplay content as the Galactic Box, and the Miniature Pack and the Triple-Layered Player Boards are available as add-ons.
This product is currently out of stock, we are expecting the reprint to arrive in Q3 2024. In the meantime, you can assemble the Bundle from the following products:
The Big Box reprint that arrived in July 2024 was sold out in a matter of days - we are considering a next print due to the high demand, however, there is no solid timeline yet.
The Infinity Box was a Kickstarter-exclusive product that will not be reprinted. Going forward you can combine retail products in our webshop to recreate the Infinity Box - it consists of the following components:

In Europe, orders are dispatched in max. 5 business days (usually 2 business days) and delivered in an additional 1-7 business days depending on the shipping country.
In the US, orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time on business days are usually dispatched the same day, orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched the next business day. Orders should be delivered in an additional 1-5 business days depending on the shipping state.
Orders going to Canada can take a little bit longer to arrive, adding approximately 3-5 business days to the estimation above as these orders are fulfilled from the US fulfillment centre.

We work with DHL and UPS in most of Europe, with inPost in Poland, USPS and Fedex in the US & Canada, AusPost in Australia & New Zealand.
The Mindclash Games Webshop Europe currently only ships to European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, Mindclash Games Webshop US&CAN ships to the USA and Canada, and Mindclash Games Webshop AUS/NZ ships to Australia and New Zealand. You can also order our games through Amazon in the US. We are continuously looking for ways to make worldwide shipping possible from our webshop. Thank you for bearing with us!
If you order from Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the Canary Islands, you may have to pay additional customs duties and/or taxes upon delivery. The amount of customs duty and VAT to be paid will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. If you order from any other country that we ship to, you won’t have to pay additional customs or VAT.
Our webshop sends out tracking numbers as soon as our shipping partners have generated them for any specific order. In certain cases it can take a business day or two for the carrier to update the package on their end. For orders to Canada this is especially prevalent as the package must ship out of the US before the tracking updates, adding 2-3 business days to the estimated shipping time.
