    Please report missing or broken components or any issues you’ve encountered during shipping. We usually get back to replacement requests within 3 business days via email - if you do not receive a reply after 3 business days, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] to make sure that we received your request.

    Please be as specific as possible when describing the missing or damaged component(s) (please use the terminology from the rulebook, it makes it easier for us to identify the elements you’re referring to).
