Ordering from us is simple! To become an approved Mindclash Games retail partner, please fill out our Application form to get approval for an account. Please prepare the following:

Once your application has been approved, you will have full access to our Retailer Portal, where you can quickly and easily order our retail products for your store. Products will ship from our warehouse in Poland or the United States (MI), depending on your location.

You will also be subscribed to our monthly B2B newsletter, where we will keep you up-to-date on our restocks, new releases, and upcoming game announcements.

FAQs

Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: Yes, the MOQ for each SKU is 1 case. After that, you can order in single-unit quantities.

I have several physical addresses for my stores. How should I submit them?

A: Our webshop can only handle one shipping address/physical store address per account, therefore we kindly ask you to register a new user for each store your would like to order to/you would like to include on our map of partner stores.

Do you offer demo copies of games?

A: Yes, we can offer demo/library copies. We can offer one copy of each title to each retailer for each of their locations each year. This is based on product availability. To request these, please e-mail sales@mindclashgames.com.

Can I order items that are not listed on the Retail Order Form? (eg accessories?)

A: Yes, but there is no discount for these products (they will be charged at full price, but possibly without VAT, depending on location), and these are made available to retailers after they are made available in our own webshop.

Can I order Crowdfunding products?

A: Absolutely! During our campaigns and pledge managers, retailers are more than welcome to help support our upcoming products and to secure stock for their stores. To be accommodating to our retail supporters, though, we have made it so that you no longer need to back our campaigns like a backer. Instead, we will add you to our pledge manager directly. There, you can place your order (usually with an MOQ of one case total) directly, with the only deadline being that you finalize your order before the closing of our Pledge Manager. When we have an ongoing campaign or pledge manager, you can e-mail sales+crowdfunding@mindclashgames.com to receive information specific to that campaign.

Do you offer any shipping discounts?

A: We offer free shipping once your order reaches $/€/£ 500 (whatever is the local currency of the warehouse/retailer portal). Note that this is the order amount per location/shipment.
